Since 1990 the historical medieval centre has become a gallery town with 20 art galleries and squares dedicated to exhibitions of many contemporary artists consolidating as the finest historical centre in Versilia,where we can admire examples of religious,military and civil architecture.In religious art, represented by various styles, the Pisano influences (with its Byzantine elements) and those of the Gothic are easily recognizable.
